This offer is available on selected plots only in our Sandilands II development at Gartloch Village.

The value of this offer is up to the value of £15,000 depending on the selected plot and house type. The value may be lower than £15,000 depending on the selected plot and house type. Please refer to your sales agent for specific plot details.

The value of the offer can be used towards upgrades and extras only for your selected plot and will be subject to a legal reservation. 

Upgrades and extras refers to items available to purchase from our selected range of upgrades and extras. These may include but are not limited to , electrical extras, flooring, bathroom tiling, kitchen appliances, kitchen appliance upgrades, wardrobes, wardrobe fitments, and turf. For full details please refer to your sales agent. 

The availability of upgrades and extras is subject to current build stage.

Any value not used purchasing upgrades or extras is non transferable or refundable. It cannot be used for other purposes.

Any upgrades and extras over the offer value shall be payable within 7 days of acceptance. 

We may change or amend the terms and conditions of this offer.
